Oral presentation at the EUROSPINE Meeting in Vienna
Andrea Cina, a Ph.D student from our lab and research at the Schulthess Klinik, submitted two abstracts to EUROSPINE.
- The first abstract is about the development of a deep learning model to automatically assess spine sagittal parameters. The model has been trained and tested using a large multi-centric dataset.
- The second abstract aimed to determine whether certain sub-groups of patients with lumbar degenerative spondylolisthesis experience significantly greater improvements from surgery compared to non-surgical treatments.
Andrea's first abstract has been selected for oral presentation in the π½ππ¨π© π€π πππ€π¬ πππ¨π¨ππ€π£ in the plenary hall at the πππππππππ πΌπ£π£πͺππ‘ ππππ©ππ£π ππ£ ππππ£π£π and he can win a prize of 1000 Euro π΅ .
